Happy Spring! Here in Brooklyn, the daffodils are popping and people are out and about, ordering their $6 lattes over ice! We hope it’s just as pretty wherever you are in the world. But colors aren’t the only thing that’s bright about April: This is also the month when we see a lot of vacationers firming up their summer vacation plans.
The bulk of our March bookings were for listings in June, July, and August, with the average booking window being 112 days. The average price per night was $222, up about 5% over January and February. That reflects seasonal pricing trends as well as ever-increasing demand from families looking to book their 2022 getaways.
