The What, the Where, the When: Fall and winter city breaks are a big draw for vacationers: Studio units at Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations in Las Vegas saw a big bump in bookings, with an average nightly price of $66 for fall dates —proving the power of affordable last-minute rates. New York is roaring back, too, with West 57th Street by Hilton Club getting tons of bookings. Fall and winter vacations in the resort’s stylish studios came in at an average of $178 per night — unbelievable rates for the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
All in all, the average nightly price of an HGV booking on KOALA was $140 last month.

Club Wyndham
With more owners taking advantage of Request Hub, Wyndham owners on KOALA had another record-breaking month!
The What, the Where, the When: Mickey… or margaritas? Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek, located directly at Walt Disney World, remains the most popular resort on KOALA, with winter the season to beat; two-bedroom units — ideal for Orlando-bound families — were the most booked for the season, at an average of $211 per night. Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham – St. Thomas was also frequently booked, particularly for cold-weather vacations. Couples are drawn to this Caribbean getaway, with poolside studios the most popular units, fetching an average of $190 per night during the winter season.

Marriott Vacation Club
Marriott has proven a traveler favorite on KOALA for its reasonable rates and consistent brand experience. This month was no exception.
The What, the Where, the When: Marriott’s Willow Ridge Lodge in Branson, Missouri, was a clear favorite in September, with travelers booking short stays in November and December in Midwest’s entertainment mecca. The most-booked unit for this resort was the one-bedroom, which average a highly affordable $78 per night during these months.
